When you say resell, you mean specifically just the assets themselves, yes?
i.e. I use these in a game, and sell the game. Would this count as reselling them, or would that be considered a fair use?

I'll try but I have no ideas how to yet. I referenced sprites from into the breach game and the mechs there only have idles.
